Now part of a 20-acre organic farm property that produces oranges and flowers, among other crops, the (3) heavily insulated and energy-efficient metal buildings serve multiple purposes and offer unmatched strength and durability. The first steel farm building, Building A, is 16’x50’x24’ and has a durable gable roof with a 4:12 pitch overhead. Buildings B and C are both 12’x50’x12’/15’ and have single-slope steel roofs.
Key customizations include (22) framed door and window openings in a variety of sizes. Also included is a High R-value, R-30 double-layer banded insulation systems in the roofs make the buildings comfortable and energy-efficient, and all (3) steel farm buildings also boast 4” of R-13 insulation in the walls.
The structures also have 10’ overhangs along their sidewalls that create additional covered space and 110-mph wind speed ratings in accordance with local building codes.
