It has a clear-span design characterized by a lack on internal columns or trusses, and overhead, it features a corrosion-resistant, 26-gauge Burnished Slate-colored roof.

Key customizations include (7) door and window openings in several different sizes. The building also features sculptured gutters that help divert water away from the foundation and roof and a 1’6” overhang along all sides that creates additional covered space. Engineered to comply with the building and engineering codes currently in place in Cartersville, the steel building also has a roof snow load of 3 psf and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
