Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Wichita Falls, Texas in September, 2013.  This Nucor building is about 100 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth and is used as a shop/storage/warehouse for farming equipment in Wichita County.

The exterior walls of this shop/storage/warehouse are light stone.  The finished size of the building is 60’x100’x18’.  The roof of this shop/storage/warehouse is light red and has a 3:12 pitch. There are several doors and windows on this building allowing entry into the building as well as lighting the interior with the abundant natural light of northern Texas sunlight.  There are three doors into and out of this building (1) 12’x14’ overhead door and (2) 3’x7’ walk doors.  Additionally, the windows are sized as follows: (4) 3’x1’, (1)  4’x4’ and (5) 4’x3’.

The owner of this building selected upgrades to enhance this building and make it suited to the climate.  These include energy efficient and money saving insulations for the walls and the roof.  Both the walls and roof of this building are lined with a single layer of high quality 3” R-10 fiberglass insulation panels.
