Metal Building in Toppenish, Washington

Metal Building Outlet secured this prefabricated metal building in Toppenish, Washington, in early May of 2022.

Used for a variety of purposes, the building is comprised of hardwearing, sustainable steel parts and is 60’x120’x20’ in size. A high overhead clearance and column-free interior make the metal building highly versatile, and a corrosion-resistant gable roof with a 2:12 pitch offers reliable protection overhead.

The steel building has (6) framed door openings allowing access inside, which include (3) 16’x16’ overhead door openings and (3) 3070 openings for walk doors. Installed inside those walk door openings are (3) 3070 insulated steel walk doors with lever locksets.

Fabricated to comply with the specific building and engineering code requirements in place in Toppenish, the metal building also features a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 20-PSF roof snow load.
