Metal Building Outlet supplied and delivered this prefabricated metal building in Oostburg, Wisconsin, in April of 2022.

Now used for commercial purposes, the steel building complies with all building and engineering codes in place at the building site and is 50’x100’x18’ once constructed. Durable and low maintenance, it has a corrosion-resistant 24-gauge standing seam Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead and (8) framed door openings offering access inside.

Included are (7) 14’x16’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’x4’ walk door opening that will house a personnel door. The metal commercial building also features 3’ of wainscoting along its exterior, enhancing its outward appearance, and a 4’ stem wall, which it sits atop.

A 42-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph are additional enhancements made in line with local building codes.
