Spacious, versatile and easy to erect, the building now functions as a shop and is an expansive 45’x68’x16’ when raised. High overhead clearance and a column-free interior make the most of usable interior space, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch provides reliable overhead protection.
The metal shop building has (4) framed door openings in a variety of different sizes that provide access inside. Found throughout are (1) 3070 walk door opening, (1) 4070 walk door opening, (1) 10’x8’ overhead door opening and (1) 7’x4’ guillotine door framed opening.
The shop also has a 10-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating; enhancements made in line with local building and engineering codes.
