Attractive, low maintenance and energy efficient, the building is light stone in color and now serves as a shop for its owner. It stands 40’x120’x14’ in size, and it is protected overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (4) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x12’ openings and (2) 3070 openings.
Installed in the structure’s roof and walls is R-10 fiberglass insulation, which reduces energy bills considerably while enhancing interior comfort year-round. A snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph are additional project features, and they were added in consideration of the four distinct seasons and variable weather patterns characteristic of the region. Indiana’s state capital, the city of Indianapolis sits about 172 miles outside Evansville and about 77 miles from Terre Haute.

Engineered to endure in Utah’s variable climate, the building undergoes use as a shop and features top-quality steel construction, resulting in superior structural integrity. It has a clear-span design that makes the most of available space by eliminating interior supports, and once raised, it stands 50’x30’x12’ in size.
Making the metal workshop accessible for building users are (3) framed openings, among them (1) 3’4”x7’2” framed opening and (2) 3’x10’ openings. Overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume metal sheeting offers a 4:12 pitch. The steel agricultural building stands 40’x100’x25’ in size once raised, and it features a broad clear span and the high clearance necessary for storing and displaying oversize farm machinery and equipment.
Overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 2:12 pitch protects the interior of the agricultural building, while (3) framed openings make it easily accessible for users. These include (2) 14’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening. Other key features and customizations include a 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which help equip the building for its geographic environment while maintaining compliance with appropriate building code requirements.

Attractive, functional and accommodating with a striking, rustic red exterior, the building now operates as a shop. It boasts a finished size of 40’x75’x14’, and a rugged, resilient Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the structure against corrosion and the elements. The shop itself is comprised of premium-quality steel materials, and it offers (3) framed openings, among them (1) 18’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 18’x12’ door and (2) 3070 openings intended for walk doors.
The metal shop also features a high, 170-mph wind speed rating in consideration of Coden’s coastal location and the strong storm patterns and occasional hurricane activity that comes through the region. Standing 30’x60’x14’ in size, the building is comprised of rugged, heavy-duty steel components, and it now functions as a shop for its owner. Equal parts attractive and functional, the workshop features a striking, Fern Green exterior, while a robust, Polar White roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, offering a 4:12 roof pitch.
Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (8) framed openings that provide easy accessibility, and these include (1) 12’x14’ opening, (1) 12’x10’ opening, (2) 3’x7’ openings, (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors and (2) 12’x12’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 12’x12’ overhead doors. A wind speed rating of 110 mph serves as another shop customization; an addition made in compliance with local building code requirements.
A lightly populated area in Northern California’s Sacramento County, Herald is home to just a few thousand residents. The community sits about 85 miles northeast of Oakland and about 43 miles south of Roseville.
