Steel Building in Wayne, Oklahoma

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Wayne, Oklahoma, in late September of 2019.

In use as a shop by a farm equipment retailer, the building features high-end steel construction, resulting in unrivaled strength and durability. The steel agricultural building stands 40’x100’x25’ in size once raised, and it features a broad clear span and the high clearance necessary for storing and displaying oversize farm machinery and equipment.

Overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 2:12 pitch protects the interior of the agricultural building, while (3) framed openings make it easily accessible for users. These include (2) 14’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening. Other key features and customizations include a 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which help equip the building for its geographic environment while maintaining compliance with appropriate building code requirements.

Part of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, the city of Wayne is a part of McClain County. It lies about 27 miles from Norman and about 43 miles outside Oklahoma City.
