Metal Building in Alexander, North Dakota

When looking for a structure to house his truck maintenance shop the customer selected an attractive and durable Nucor metal building. This steel building was purchased from Metal Building Outlet for use in Alexander, North Dakota (about 25 miles from Willistion and 100 miles from Dickinson) in December, 2012.

Taking advantage of the many design options available, this building has a little bit of everything.  The owner of this building had divided it into two sections with the dimensions of 80’ x 80’ and 80’ x 20.’  The larger section is used for truck maintenance and the smaller is used as a two story office building.  It is fox gray and burnished slate with a galvalume roof and includes an attractive mezzanine.  Adding to the beauty of the building is an attractive decorative wainscot on the lower panel.

Not only is this building attractive, it is also practical and functional.  For example, the maintenance shop is fully equipped with an extra five pound collateral load mechanical or sprinkler system.  The sturdy metal building also has full gutters and rainspouts on the exterior.
