Steel Shop Building in Conifer, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this striking steel building to a customer in Conifer, Colorado in mid-July of 2014.

Brick red in color with a matching brick red roof, the building now serves as a shop in the small community in the Colorado Foothills. Standing 15’x25’x12’ with a 4:12 roof pitch, the pre-engineered building features (1) 11’x9’ overhead door. Given Colorado’s constantly changing climate and the substantial amounts of snowfall the Foothills area receives, the building has a wind speed of 110 mph and a ground snow load of 128 lbs.  The roof also has R-19 fiberglass insulation.

Conifer, Colorado is an unincorporated community located in Jefferson County, Colorado, in the north-central part of the state. Conifer lies 30 miles outside the City of Englewood and 49 miles outside of Boulder.
