Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building in Antioch, California, in September of 2016.

Light stone in color, the building now serves as a shop for its owner. Rugged, low maintenance and exceedingly durable, it is crafted from premium-quality steel components and stands 70’x150’x16’ in size. The structure is covered and protected overhead by a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside it are (2) framed openings. These include (1) 16’x14’ opening and (1) 3070 framed opening. A wind speed rating of 110 mph is an additional project feature and was added in consideration of the climate conditions typical of the Antioch area and the surrounding region.

A part of western California’s Contra Costa County, the city of Antioch is located within the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is situated about 37 miles outside Stockton and about 16 miles from Concord.

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building in Redlands, California, in July of 2017.

Insulated and engineered to withstand the test of time, the metal building stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and is used for multiple purposes. A resilient, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the structure, and the building itself is comprised of premium-grade steel components.

Distributed throughout the energy efficient structure are (4) framed openings, and these include (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors and (2) 12’x14’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 12’x14’ doors. An insulation package serves as an additional project feature, with the building’s roof containing R-13 insulation, and its walls, R-10 insulation. Inside the garage are (2) framed openings, both of which are 10’x8’. To considerably lower energy bills associated with the building while also improving comfort and noise control, R-19 metal building insulation is installed in the building’s roof, while R-13 insulation can be found in the walls. The garage also features a wind speed of 115 mph to enhance durability given the typical climate and weather patterns of the area.

An unincorporated community in northwestern Arizona’s Mohave County, Beaver Dam lies about 73 miles outside Colorado City and 12 miles outside Mesquite, Nevada.
