Spacious, secure and multifunctional, the metal building offers optimal strength and durability, standing strong when faced with inclement weather, moisture, pests and other common construction hazards. Used for a number of different purposes, the building is 24’x26’x10’ in size once erect, and it features a broad, clear-span design that makes the most of usable floor space.

The roof of the building is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting and has a 6:12 pitch, and (5) framed openings ranging in size are additional customizations. Distributed throughout the steel building are (1) 3070 walk door opening, (2) 8’x8’ framed openings and (2) 2’x2’ window openings that let natural sunlight enter the space.

Other notable project features include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 5-pound snow load; inclusions made with respect for Sonoma’s typical climate patterns as well as the building codes in place at the address. To ensure year-round comfort for building users, the shop also boasts an insulation package. In its roof, it has high-performance, R-19 insulation, while R-13 insulation sits within its walls. The insulation also helps muffle noise while keeping energy bills manageable for building owners. Attractive, energy efficient and low maintenance, the building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x16’ and now serves as a shop for its owner. Covering and protecting the structure from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside it are (11) framed openings varying in size and purpose. These include (2) 14’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 14’x14’ roll-coil doors, (2) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 commercial walk doors, (2) 4040 windows, (1) 6070 opening, and, finally, (4) 3’x1.8’ translucent window panels.

Installed in the roof and walls of the shop building is R-10 insulation, which minimizes energy bills associated with the building while improving overall interior comfort and sound control. A wind speed rating of 110 mph also serves as an additional building feature.

A city set within Southern California’s Riverside County, Temecula is part of the Inland Empire. It lies about 30 miles from Hemet and about 29 miles outside Escondido.

The rugged, low-maintenance building is crafted from high-end steel components and now serves as a shop, and inside it are (3) framed openings: (2) 14’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 20-gauge walk door.

Additional project features include a snow load of 29 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 110 mph, inclusions that were made with respect for the climate and weather patterns commonly experienced throughout Rough and Ready and the surrounding region.

A census-designated place set within northern California’s Nevada County, Rough and Ready is situated about 45 miles from Roseville and about 31 miles from Yuba City.
