Prefabricated Steel Building in Salinas, California

Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this pre-engineered steel building in Salinas, California, in mid-July of 2019.

Currently in use as a drive-thru, the structure is comprised of reliable, heavy-gauge steel components, and once erect, it stands 40’x74’x20’ in size. The drive-thru’s high overhead clearance makes it suitable for vehicles in a wide range of heights and sizes, and the building also offers unmatched structural integrity, holding its own in the face of heavy wind and rain, pests and similar sources of damage.

The roof of the steel drive-thru has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels. A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional attribute included with regard for the climate and building code requirements governing construction at the build site.

The largest community in California’s Monterey County, the city of Salinas is located in the southern part of the Greater Bay Area. The community sits about 90 miles from King City and roughly 60 miles south of San Jose.

Metal Shop Building in Grass Valley, California

Metal Building Outlet provided this preconstructed metal shop building in Grass Valley, California, in September of 2019.

Durable, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the metal building stands 30’x50’x11’6” in size and now serves as a shop. A rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch offers protection from the elements from above, and (3) framed openings make the shop easily accessible for users. These include (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 8’x8’ framed opening.

Installed in the roof and walls of the shop is a layer of R-13 insulation, which prevents heated or cooled air from escaping. This helps lower the building’s energy bills while making for a more comfortable interior environment. Other key shop features and accommodations include a 30-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating; customizations made with regard for the climate patterns of the Grass Valley area as well as the building codes in place at the shop address.

The largest city in western Nevada County, Grass Valley is located in northeastern California. The area sits about 57 miles outside Sacramento and about 88 miles west of Reno, Nevada.

Standing 40’x60’x17’ in size, the building currently functions as a shop, and it features a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead. Insulated with R-10 fiberglass insulation in the roof to maximize energy efficiency.

Pre-Engineered Metal Workshop in Yucaipa, California

Metal Building Outlet secured this prefabricated metal workshop building on behalf of a client in Yucaipa, California, in May of 2019.

Energy efficient and built to last, the building is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, and it now functions as a shop. Once erect, the steel workshop stands 50’x100’x16’ in size, while a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch offers protection from above.

The metal workshop boasts a number of customizations and supplemental features, among them R-13 fiberglass insulation within its roof and walls, which lowers associated energy bills while making the building better suited for year-round use. It also features (7) framed openings throughout, which include (2) 3070 walk door openings, (3) 14’x14’ overhead door openings and (2) 14’x8’ openings.

Additional attributes added with regard for local climate patterns and building code requirements include a 5-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating. A part of Southern California’s San Bernardino County, the city of Yucaipa sits about 10 miles east from the city of San Bernardino and about 72 miles east of Los Angeles.

Garage Building in Hollister, California

Steel Building in El Cajon, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in El Cajon, California, in February, 2016.

The hardwearing, low-maintenance metal building is constructed using premium-quality steel components, and it now serves double-duty for its owner as a combination shop and garage. Its durable, corrosion-resistant white metal roof has a 1:12 roof pitch, and the building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x16’ once fully erect. Inside the structure are a total of (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3’x7’ opening. A wind speed rating of 85 mph is also included in this project, and this addition was made in consideration of the typical weather and climate patterns of El Cajon and the surrounding region.

A part of Southern California’s San Diego County, the city of El Cajon lies about 127miles outside Los Angeles and 16 miles from San Diego.

Steel Buildings in Morongo Valley, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel buildings for a customer in Morongo Valley, California, in late January of 2016.

Constructed from premium-grade components, the low maintenance, energy-efficient buildings boast black rust-colored paint and a complementing brown roof. Building A stands 40’x50’x10’ in size and its roof has a varied pitch, while Building B, a lean-to-only roof structure, stands 8’x50’x9’4” and has a 1:12 roof pitch. Also included in this metal building project are (13) framed openings varying in size and function. These include (3) 3030 single-slope openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (8) 3040 windows and (1) 4070 door.

To reduce energy costs for the building while improving inside comfort and noise control, R-13 insulation was included in Building A’s roof and walls during construction. The building also features a wind speed of 110 mph, an addition that was made to boost durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns common throughout Morongo Valley and the surrounding region.

A census-designated place in Southern California’s San Bernardino County, Morongo Valley lies about 59 miles from San Bernardino and about 32 miles outside Palm Desert.

Inside the durable, low-maintenance building are (4) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (2) smaller, 3’x7’ openings. To ensure maximum durability with respect to the weather and climate patterns typical of the Modesto area, this building is engineered with a wind speed of 115 mph.

The largest city in central California’s Stanislaus County and the 18th largest city in the state of California, Modesto lies about 40 miles outside Merced and about 32 miles from Stockton.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a buyer in Lompoc, California, in August of 2015.

Crafted from premium-grade building components supplied by Garco Building Systems, the brick red steel structure boasts a finished size of 30’x50’x14’, and it is now used as a shop by the owner. Overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch, and inside are (2) framed openings. The first is a 12’x12’ opening, and the second houses (1) 6070 door. To enhance the building’s energy efficiency and help it maintain comfortable, consistent interior temperatures year-round, R-13 insulation is installed in the building’s walls, and R-19 insulation is installed overhead in its roof.

In consideration of the typical climate patterns of coastal California, the steel building is constructed with a wind speed of 110 mph. A city located in Southern California’s Santa Barbara County, Lompoc is situated about 55 miles from Santa Barbara and 27 miles outside Santa Maria.
