Metal Building Outlet sent the building kits for this pair of pre-engineered steel shops to a client in Umatilla, Florida, in August 2023.
Bright, spacious and climate-controlled, the buildings have open floorplans and (18) large windows between them that let plenty of natural light inside. The owner needed the shops to have high wind speed ratings to meet local building code requirements, and both structures also feature R-13 insulation in the roofs and R-10 insulation in the walls, keeping energy costs low and the interiors comfortable year-round.
Patina Green exterior paint and White trim help the buildings blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, while the buildings’ preassembled nature led to a quick, economical construction process.
