Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building in Vernal, Utah, in July of 2022.

Durable, easy to maintain, and highly customized in line with the owner’s needs and preferences, the building now serves as a shop and is 40’x60’x14’ in size once constructed. Spacious and versatile, the steel building has a broad clear span that eliminates interior supports and high ceilings that create additional usable space.

Overhead, a hardy Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch provides steady protection from the Utah elements, and the metal shop also has (2) framed door openings offering access inside. Included are (1) 10’x12’ door opening enclosing (1) 10’x12’ Model 2000 roll-up door with a manual chain hoist and (1) 3070 framed door opening holding (1) 20-gauge 3070 White insulated walk door with a lever lock.

Engineered for the specific building codes and climate characteristics of the Vernal area, the metal shop building also features a 30-PSF roof snow load and a wind rating of 115 mph.
