Serving a variety of purposes, the metal building is comprised of rugged, quality steel parts and stands 50’x50’x12’ when raised. A clear-span design creates an unobstructed, column-free interior, while an insulation package keeps the building’s energy bills low and its users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures or time of year.
The metal building has (8) framed door and window openings offering access inside, among them (3) 4’x4’ window openings and (2) 3070 openings for walk doors. Also included are (2) 10’x10’ overhead door openings and (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening.
Installed in the steel building’s roof and walls are 6” layers of R-19 fiberglass insulation, which resists heat flow, leading to lower heating and cooling costs. The building also boasts a 115-mph wind load and a 30-PSF roof snow load in compliance with local building and engineering codes.
