Partially Enclosed Steel Shop & Lean-To in Iola, Texas
A customer in Iola, Texas, needed a versatile steel building with an attached lean-to to serve as a shop and tasked Metal Building Outlet with supplying it.
Metal Building Outlet sent this custom Charcoal Gray building with Solar White trim to Iola in June of 2023 in partially assembled pieces, leading to a quick, seamless erection process. The partially enclosed steel shop has 6” of roof and 4” of wall insulation lining the enclosed, 40’x45’x12’ section, and it also has a 12’x30’x11’ lean-to attached to its right end wall, creating more covered space the owner can utilize.
Solar White gutters and Charcoal Gray downspouts blend well with the metal shop’s exterior paint while creating a drainage system to divert moisture away from the building. There are also door openings in several sizes that make it easy to move vehicles, power equipment and other large items in and out.
