Prefabricated Steel Shop & Lean-To in Santa Fe, Texas
Metal Building Outlet customized this pre-engineered metal shop and attached lean-to for a customer in Santa Fe, Texas, in March of 2023.
The building took shape quickly thanks to many of its components arriving pre-assembled. Used as a shop, it has a spacious, open floorplan, and outside, it has Steel Gray paint with complementing Black trim and shutters.
The client needed the metal building to have several specific customizations, including an upgraded wind speed rating and 15’x80’ metal lean-to that creates another 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor space. Metal Building Outlet also supplied the foundation design plan for the 4” slab foundation the metal building now sits on.
