The owner wanted a versatile, eye-catching steel building to use as a shop, and this clear-span metal building offers 2,800 square feet of unobstructed space perfect for this purpose. High ceilings and wide door openings make it well-suited for storing large items, and Steel Gray exterior and roof paint with complementing Polar White trim boost the shop’s street appeal.
The building has White gutters and downspouts lining the roof that funnel water away from the building’s foundation. It also has 4” of R-13 WMP-VRR+ insulation in its roof and walls. The insulation blankets help guard against condensation, and they also keep the inside of the building comfortable for year-round use.
