Metal Building Outlet supplied this clear-span steel building for a client in Prescott, Arizona, in late March of 2023.
The striking, custom steel building has two roof-only bays that create more usable outdoor space while protecting the building’s walls and a wide clear span that creates an open, airy interior. Several windows, including (2) 3’x4’ windows and (1) 6’x4’ window, allow natural light inside, brightening and lightening up the interior.
Charcoal in color with complementing Polar White trim, the building has nice curb appeal and blends well with the surrounding landscape. In addition to supplying the steel building kit, itself, Metal Building Outlet also included engineer-stamped foundation plans to maximize building performance and stability.
