Prefabricated Steel Commercial Building & Lean-Tos in Sparks, Nevada

Metal Building Outlet supplied the kits for these three pre-engineered metal buildings, sending the components to a client in Sparks, Nevada, in mid-May of 2025.

Designed for heavy foot traffic and commercial use, the project includes one large, main commercial building and two steel lean-tos flanking either side, one of which functions as an office. The main metal commercial building supports the future installation of a 10-ton, Class B top-running crane, and it will also feature a powerful Energy Saver insulation system, which the buyer plans to add at a later date.

The office area includes six large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and all three buildings feature 24-gauge trapezoidal standing-seam roof panels and sculptured gutters and downspouts, boosting architectural appeal while preventing moisture from collecting on the rooftops. Door openings in multiple sizes enhance practicality, and all three buildings boast clear-span designs that maximize usable floor space by eliminating the need for interior supports.

Spacious, low maintenance and easy on the eyes, this trio if steel buildings will accommodate the business owner’s needs for years to come while providing a secure, all-season space to store inventory and conduct business.
