Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel workshop building kit in Reno, Nevada, in late October of 2017.

Designed for the rigors of life in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this rugged, long-lasting steel building now serves as a workshop. It stands 250’x400’x32’ in size, while a Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the shop from the elements and corrosion.

To enhance durability given Reno’s unpredictable climate and variable weather patterns, the steel workshop features a 30-pound snow load and a 140-mph wind speed rating, and (15) framed openings serve as additional characteristics. Included are (8) 3070 openings and (6) 16’x16’ openings, all of which ensure easy, unobstructed access for building users. Affectionately known as “The Biggest Little City in the World,” Reno sits within western Nevada’s Washoe County. The popular resort and casino community lies about 37 miles outside Lake Tahoe and about 32 miles from Truckee, California.
