Prefabricated Steel Building in Queen Creek, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Queen Creek, Arizona, in June 2022.

Insulated, attractive and highly customized, the prefabricated metal shop building is 60’x80’x16’ in size and features high ceilings and an open, clear-span design. Colonial Red in color with matching trim, the metal shop has a complementing Light Stone-colored roof with a 2:12 pitch offering protection from above. There are also gutters and downspouts lining the roof, which help keep the building watertight by guarding against condensation.

Offering entry inside the steel shop building are (8) framed door openings. There are (5) 12’x12’ overhead door openings holding (5) 12’x12’ White Amarr Series 2432 insulated sectional overhead doors with openers and (3) 3’x7’ walk door openings enclosing (3) 3’x7’ White steel walk doors with hardware.

An insulation package keeps the inside of the building comfortable and its heating and cooling bills manageable, regardless of outside temperatures or time of year. Lining the roof and walls of the shop are 4” of R-13 insulation with heavy-duty WMP-VRR+ facing adhered to the interior-facing side. The shop also has a 90-mph wind speed rating in adherence to applicable building codes.
