Serving double duty as a shop and garage, the painted, attractive metal building offers optimal strength and durability and is 60’x60’x16’ once constructed. Versatile and built to last, the metal shop and garage has a wide clear span that eliminates interior columns, and a hardy, corrosion-resistant roof comprised of painted steel panels sits overhead, offering a 2.55:12 pitch.

The steel garage and shop building has (8) framed door and window openings throughout, which include (2) 9’x8’ overhead door openings, (1) 12’x12’ overhead door opening, (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening and (4) 3’x3’ window openings. Engineered to comply with all applicable building codes, the steel shop and garage also has a 110-mph wind speed rating and a roof snow load of 21 psf.
