Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered steel building in Coleville, California, in October of 2021.

Comprised of rugged, high-end steel parts, the insulated, energy-efficient metal building is 30’x30’x12’ in size and now serves as a garage, providing reliable protection for vehicles and other assets stored inside. Overhead, the steel garage features a corrosion-resistant, hardwearing Galvalume gable roof with a 3:12 pitch.

The metal garage has (5) framed door and window openings in a variety of sizes distributed throughout, which include (2) 9’x10’ overhead door openings enclosing (2) 9’x10’ Amarr Series 2412 insulated overhead doors with electric openers and (2) 4’x4’ window framed openings. Also included is (1) 3070 walk door framed opening housing (1) 3070 20-gauge insulated steel walk door with a lever lock.

In its roof, the steel garage features a 6” layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls contain a 4” layer of R-13 metal building insulation. Both the roof and wall insulation have heavy-duty WMP-VRR vinyl facings covering the interior-facing sides of the blankets.

A 40-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional accommodations made in line with local building and engineering codes.
