Metal Building in Bullhead City, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Bullhead City, Arizona, in April of 2022.

Insulated, energy-efficient and customized in line with the owner’s needs, the building now operates as a shop and is comprised of rugged, high-quality steel parts. When constructed, the steel shop is an expansive 65’x47’x18’, and its heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel roof has a gable design and a slight 2:12 pitch.

The roof has gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage, and it also has 10’ light transfer panels installed in it, which brighten up the interior.

There are (3) framed door openings providing access inside the steel shop, which include (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening, (1) 14’x14’ overhead door opening and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 insulated commercial walk door with a lever lock. The metal shop building also includes an insulation package that keeps its energy expenses low and has 6” of R-19 vinyl-faced insulation in its roof and 4” of R-13 vinyl-faced insulation in its walls.

Engineered with a 115-mph wind load, the steel building also complies with all building and engineering codes that apply at the property address.
