The roof of the steel shop has a 3:12 pitch and features rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling, and (2) framed door openings provide access inside the building. Included are (1) 17’x8’ overhead door opening and (1) 3070 framed opening for a walk door.
A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 50-psf snow load are additional customizations made to enhance durability and keep the steel shop compliant with local building and engineering codes.
