The steel shop has a 12” overhang on all walls, and (4) door and window openings are additional customizations. Found throughout the shop are (1) 16’x10’ overhead door opening, (2) 3’x7’ walk door framed openings and (1) 3’x4’ window opening.
Gutters and downspouts along the metal shop’s roof help prevent condensation and water damage, and the building also boasts a 20-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating in accordance with local building codes.
