Now part of the infrastructure of a local high school, the bright, spacious metal shop building serves as a training facility for students looking to learn a lucrative trade and embark on a rewarding career after graduation. The steel building features several noteworthy customizations, including a high-performance insulation package, an upgraded roof snow load, and a striking, Cobalt Blue exterior with matching trim and a Harbor Blue roof.

The insulation system, which slashes heating and cooling bills while keeping the interior comfortable for year-round use, includes an R-36 Energy Saver system in the roof and an R-30 Energy Saver system in the walls. The educational building also has (8) 6’x3’ windows that allow natural light inside and an enhanced roof snow load that exceeds local building code requirements.
