The building has 1’ overhangs along all four sides that help prevent moisture from making its way into the shop, and it also complies with the wind and snow load requirements dictated by local building codes and the 2021 International Building Code. Metal Building Outlet also included a New Mexico engineer-stamped foundation plan along with the building components to give the metal shop a strong, stable foundation.
