Metal Building Outlet sourced this custom metal shop for a client in Mineral Wells, Texas, in mid-October 2024.

Attractive and modern on the outside and versatile and functional on the inside, the metal shop has Ash Gray walls and 4’ of Charcoal-colored wainscoting with a combination of Charcoal and Steel Gray trim. A 3’ overhang surrounds all four sides, adding architectural interest while creating covered outdoor storage space, and Charcoal gutters and downspouts that match the exterior walls facilitate proper drainage, channeling rainwater away from the shop’s roof and foundation.

The building has more than 5,400 square feet of usable floor space well-suited for housing vehicles, equipment or machinery, supporting fabrication or industrial efforts, or functioning as a work, trade or hobby space, among similar uses. Multiple door openings keep the shop easily accessible, and some doors also feature insulation, boosting energy efficiency.

Easy to maintain and equally easy to erect, the shop arrived onsite in partially assembled pieces, leading to a quick and efficient construction process.
