Designed to sit on top of a 1’6” stem wall, this custom-made metal shop building offers 8,800 square feet of open interior space ideal for storing belongings or vehicles, completing projects or tasks, enjoying hobbies or otherwise utilizing as the owner sees fit. A high R-value insulation package keeps the building comfortable and ready for use during all four seasons, with the roof holding an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system and the walls containing 4” of R-13 insulation with VRR vinyl facing.
Gutters and downspouts along two walls prevent rain or snow from collecting on top of the roof or coming in contact with the shop’s exterior walls. There are also eight large windows distributed throughout the shop, helping brighten up the interior while enhancing ambiance.
A combination of traditional walk doors and overhead garage doors keep everything inside easily accessible while adding visual appeal to the shop’s exterior.
