Pair of Prefabricated Steel Shop Buildings in Guffey, Colorado

A resident of Guffey, Colorado, needed covered, enclosed space to use for work, storage, hobbies and more and ordered these two pre-engineered metal shop buildings from Metal Building Outlet in December 2025.

Offering a combined 3,000 square feet of covered, column-free interior space and designed for the area’s heavy seasonal snowfall, the two buildings provide plenty of room for vehicles, lawn maintenance equipment, tools, shovels and anything else the owner wants protected from theft and the elements. Both structures have attractive, matching exteriors, with Sahara Tan walls, Evergreen roofs and a combination of Sahara Tan and Evergreen trim.

Between them, the metal shops have eight large windows that add architectural interest to the outside while reducing the owner’s reliance on artificial heating systems. Door openings in a variety of types and sizes boost versatility even more, making everything stored inside easy to access.

Guffey and the surrounding area are part of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and see heavy wintertime snowfall and sizable temperature swings throughout the year.
