Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered steel garage, sending the building kit and engineered foundation plan to a client in Littleton, Colorado, in October 2024.

Durable, built to last and climate-controlled, the metal garage adds value and functionality to the residential property, giving the owners 1,440 square feet of unobstructed interior space they can use to store several vehicles, tools, snow removal equipment and other goods. Custom-designed to meet the homeowners’ needs and wants, the steel garage has 4.25” of R-13 vinyl-faced insulation in its roof and walls, keeping vehicles stored inside at ideal temperatures while reducing the owners’ energy expenses.

The garage has several overhead garage doors as well as a traditional walk door, allowing for easy entry and convenient access for both vehicles and homeowners. Its roof also has a 5:12 pitch, allowing rain and snow to slide off easily, helping prevent leaks and condensation.
