Metal Building Outlet supplied this custom steel storage building frame for a client in New London, Connecticut, sending the pre-engineered metal building kit to the jobsite in May 2024.

Resistant to rust, rot and damage, the durable, sustainable metal building frame creates an 800-square-foot space the owner can use to house personal possessions, business assets and other goods while keeping them safe, dry and protected from the elements. High ceilings and 14’ of clearance under the haunch provide plenty of space for additional vertical storage, while the building frame’s clear-span design maximizes room for goods by eliminating any need for interior trusses or columns.

Customized to meet the client’s needs, the storage building frame has four doors, including two traditional walk doors and two large overhead doors ideal for moving oversize possessions in and out. It can also accommodate a large industrial BA fan, which improves circulation and interior comfort for building users.
