Metal Building Outlet sent the building kit for this roof-only steel agricultural building to St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, in mid-June of 2025.

Ideal for storing animals, hay or feed, housing valuable equipment or machinery or growing and tending crops inside, among other potential uses, this steel agricultural building offers 18,000 square feet of covered outdoor space. The roof is Evergreen in color and has a modest 2:12 pitch, and both of the building’s side walls feature bracing for portal frames, while both end walls are completely open.

The building also features upgraded gray primer and galvanized framing, helping it strong against the corrosion that can develop in high-humidity areas like eastern Louisiana. It also features a high, 140-mph wind rating, an accommodation made in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the strong winds and hurricanes that are common in the area.
