Prefabricated Multi-Use Metal Building in Wrightwood, California

A resident of Wrightwood, California needed a versatile, energy-efficient metal building to use for a variety of purposes and ordered this prefabricated Metal Building Outlet building in January 2025.

Custom-designed in line with the buyer’s needs and wants and engineered with a heavy snow load in consideration of the high-elevation community’s typical climate characteristics, the building features premium-quality steel construction and 1,200 square feet of usable floorspace. Partition walls separate the interior into different sections, creating designated spaces for storage, work and similar use, while high R-value insulation systems line the roof and walls, keeping interior temperatures comfortable while serving as a barrier against condensation.

The roof of the multipurpose metal building contains an R-30 long tab banded insulation system, while the walls contain an R-25 Energy Saver insulation system. All three doors are also insulated, helping maximize energy efficiency by minimizing the loss of heated or cooled air.

Bright and inviting, the steel building has five 4’x4’ windows, allowing natural light inside while reducing reliance on artificial heat during cooler months. The building also has nice curb appeal thanks to Charcoal Gray walls and a White roof with matching White trim.
