Prefabricated Multiuse Metal Building in Roosevelt, Utah

Metal Building Outlet sent the building kit for this custom prefabricated metal building to Roosevelt, Utah, in January 2025.

Offering 2,400 square feet of flexible, climate-controlled interior space, the multiuse metal building is well-suited for completing tasks, enjoying hobbies or storing items, vehicles or large equipment, among other potential applications. Durable and low-maintenance, the building stands strong in the face of heavy snowfall, gusty winds and other potential construction hazards, making it a smart choice for Utah’s variable climate.

Key features include an insulation package, with an R-30 banded insulation system installed in the roof and an R-25 Energy Saver insulation system installed in the walls. All three of the building’s doors also contain insulation, boosting its thermal performance while reducing the owner’s energy expenses. The structure also has seven large windows that let natural sunlight inside, while the outside features Cool White walls and a complementing Old Town Gray roof. It also has Old Town Gray trim and 4’ of matching wainscoting, giving the exterior an attractive, professional appearance.

Metal Building Outlet also sent an engineered foundation design to the erection site along with the building components to streamline the process of pouring the building’s foundation.
