The custom metal building, designed for a demolition company, features a clear span and spandrel beams along three of its four walls, resulting in a clean, polished exterior design. The modern, versatile steel retail building also has a 5’x42” fascia eave along two sides that creates covered open-air space while protecting its outside walls.
