Prefabricated Shop Building in Denver, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Denver, Colorado, in early September of 2015.

Now functioning as a shop building, the durable, functional 30’x70’x18’ steel structure boasts a hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. Crafted from rugged, lasting components from Nucor Building systems, the metal building has (5) framed openings of varying sizes. These include (2) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening and (2) smaller 3’x7’ openings. In consideration of the Denver area’s variable climate, the building is constructed with thick R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation within the walls. It also has a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 35 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of weather patterns.
