Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this prefabricated steel shop and garage building, sending the building components to Cottonwood, Arizona, in late June of 2025.

Durable and easy to erect, the building features an open, clear-span design that eliminates interior columns or obstructions, resulting in 900 square feet of usable floorspace. In addition to the building components, themselves, Metal Building Outlet also sent the client an Arizona engineer-stamped foundation plan to simplify the process of pouring the foundation and ensure the structure has a strong, stable base. Painted walls and complementing trim give the metal garage and shop nice street appeal, while a hardy Galvalume roof provides overhead protection while guarding against corrosion and leaks.
