Now undergoing commercial use, the rugged, multifunctional metal building offers superior structural integrity thanks to premium-quality steel construction. When raised, the steel commercial building is 60’x20’x18’ in size, and it features an open, clear-span design and high overhead clearance.

Providing protection from above is a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel gable roof, and (5) framed door openings offer easy access inside. Distributed throughout the metal commercial building are (4) 12’x10 overhead door openings and (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door opening.

Engineered with the climate characteristics of Pomona and the building codes in place at the jobsite in mind, the metal commercial building also boasts a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 38.5-psf snow load.
