Durable, sustainable and highly energy efficient, the clear-span metal building now functions as a shop and is 50’x80’x16’ once raised. Comprised of hardwearing, heavy-duty steel parts, the shop has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof offering protection overhead.
The building has (5) framed door openings providing access inside. It also has an insulation package that keeps interior temperatures consistent and heating and cooling bills low. In the roof is a 6” layer of WMP-VRR-faced insulation, and in the walls is a 4” layer of WMP-VRR-faced insulation.
Engineered to comply with the building codes in place in Platteville, the metal shop building also features a 21-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
