Durable, sustainable and easy to erect, the building arrived partially assembled at the build site and stands 60’x80’x18’ once raised. High ceilings and an open, clear span design maximize usable space, and overhead, a corrosion-resistant gable roof provides reliable protection from the elements.
The metal shop building has (10) framed door and window openings that allow access and sunlight inside. Additional upgrades and customizations include gutters and downspouts along both side walls, which help prevent condensation and water damage, and several climate-related enhancements, including a 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
