Metal Building in Pembroke, Massachusetts

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Pembroke, Massachusetts in January of 2021.

Now in use as an equestrian riding arena, the building features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in superior protection for horses and riders, and is 60’x120’x16’ in size. Engineered to hold its own during cold, snowy New England winters, the metal equestrian building offers unmatched structural integrity and overhead, it features a rugged, corrosion-resistant single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Crimson Red in color with complementing Charcoal Gray trim, the equestrian building merges attractiveness with versatility, and it also has (4) framed openings that allow building users, horses and supplies in and out. It also has several customizations added with regard for the climate characteristics of the area, including gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage by diverting moisture away from the roof and building foundation.

Additional metal equestrian building attributes include a 30-psf roof snow load and a 134-mph wind speed rating, which keep the building in line with local building codes.
