Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Paradise, California, in February of 2021.

Durable, sustainable and easy to raise and maintain, the building features high-quality steel construction and currently functions as a shop. When erect, the steel building is 16’x20’x12’/8’7” in size and has an open, clear span design that eliminates the need for any interior supports, maximizing usable floor space.

The heavy-duty steel roof of the metal shop has a single-slope design. The shop building has (1) 10’x4’ framed door opening that provides access inside. Engineered to comply with the local building and engineering codes currently in place in Paradise, the metal workshop also features a 110-mph wind speed rating.

Located in Northern California, the town of Paradise is part of Butte County in the Sierra Nevada foothills. The community sits 10 miles east of Chico, California, and about 85 miles north of Sacramento, California’s capital city.
