The rugged, highly energy-efficient steel building now functions as a shop and stands 60’x80’x22’ once raised. It has high overhead clearance, boosting versatility, and an open, clear span design. Comprised of high-quality steel components, the metal shop has protection overhead thanks to a heavy-duty Galvalume gable roof, and (4) framed door openings provide access inside.
A high-performance Energy Saver insulation system is a key building feature, with high R-value, energy efficient insulation system in the roof and a double layer insulation installed in the walls. The insulation package keeps the shop’s energy expenses low, and it also creates a comfortable, climate-controlled environment well-suited for year-round use.
A 115-mph wind load and a 126-psf roof snow load are additional customization made in adherence to the building and engineering codes currently in place in Alta.
