Delivered by MBO in November of 2020, the affordable, durable metal building now functions as a shop. It has an unobstructed clear span that maximizes usable floor space and is 50’x60’x16′ when raised. The roof of the metal shop has a modest 1:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling.
Providing access inside the shop are (5) framed openings. Included are (3) 3070 walk door framed openings and (2) 12’x14′ framed openings. The steel shop is also well-equipped for life in Utah and adheres to local building and engineering code requirements, featuring a 28-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
