The metal building boasts an attractive, Sandstone-colored exterior, while its corrosion-resistant roof is Burnished Slate in color and has a 2:12 pitch. The shop has (3) framed openings serving as access points, among them (1) 12’x14’6″ overhead door opening, (1) 6070 walk door opening and (1) 16’x12′ overhead door opening.
The steel shop is also compliant with building and engineering code requirements in place across Eagle Mountain and features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 pounds.
