Featured are (1) 3070 walk door opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door and (3) 12’x14’ overhead door openings housing (3) 12’x14’ overhead doors.

Insulation in the roof and walls ensures a comfortable place to work, store goods or otherwise utilize year-round. In its roof, the metal multipurpose building has a layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls contain R-13 fiberglass insulation. The city of Miami has strict building codes in place given its propensity for tropical storm and hurricane activity, and this steel building has a high, 180-mph wind speed rating in order to comply with them.
